中国证券监督管理委员会（简称“中国证监会”）之前一直是没有独立 Logo 的，现用的 Logo 是国徽加上“中国证券监督管理委员会”字样的组合。今天，实名认证为第一财经日报记者蒋飞的 @飞累了云上躺躺在新浪微博上贴出了中国证监会的首个 Logo。微博原文如下：“郭树清时代，证监会终于有了自己的 logo，并在其承办的国际证监会组织年会上首次亮相。三个红色的三角构成一个公字图案，据说是代表＂三公＂。还有胸针版哦，明日起保代交材料时可以免费索取…”。
上图 Logo 疑为相机所拍，相信不久的将来，我们就能看到中国证监会新 Logo 的清晰版...但是，故事并没有结束，也许我们永远也看不到这个“三公”了，一个谍照刚出，就被细心的人找到正版（http://www.mooseart.pl/portfolio/mooseart/），悲剧了吧，玩大了吧，临时工了吧...

Well, my company is 5 years old, about a year ago we felt the need to change our ID. On 04/01/2012 we published out new logotype (I'm checking dates on our server, screen capture is attached). The design process lasted for about 6 months, so we started redesigning it around june 2011.Our previous logotype was quite different, it's not available online anymore, but it looked like two wings with "mooseart" between.Our main inspiration was the endless knot:

您好：我公司已经成立了5年，大约在一年以前，我们觉得有必要更换我们的ID，所以在2012年1月4日公布了我们的新logo（我查看了我们服务方的日期记录，附件里面有屏幕截图）。整个设计的过程持续了6个月左右，所以我们大约是从2011年6月左右就开始了这个logo的设计工作。
我们之前的logo与现在这个完全不同，现在已经无法在网络上检索出来了，它看起来像是“mooseart”的两侧有一对翅膀。
